Alfredo is a cultural manager, teacher and artist. He has a master’s in Educational Innovation (Carlos III University of Madrid), and postgraduate degree in art and technology (FLACSO, Buenos Aires). Since 2009, he has worked at the Cultural Service of Carlos III University in Madrid, where he coordinates the Art and Science Platform, supported by the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation. This project creates a space for interdisciplinary encounter and work between art and science students at the university level through creative processes. In addition, the platform proposes scientific outreach projects through the performing arts to create links between the academic world and society through performances that serve to transfer knowledge and expand the boundaries of the university and its relations with the territory.

He is currently designing the curatorship of the art and science project Simbiontes with the Planea Network to research, test and share new methodologies based on the hybridisation of art and science in secondary education. Also, he is the coordinator of the Madrid node at redACTS (the Spanish Art, Science, Technology and Society network). As a dance reviewer he has collaborated mainly with Susy Q magazine.
