Plamen Harmandjiev is a writer and dramaturge from Sofia, living in Vienna. He has collaborated with artists in Bulgaria, Slovakia and Austria, among them the German performance collective She She Pop and US director Robert Wilson. In 2023, he curated the festival for emerging theatre directors Slavi Shkarov in Ruse, Bulgaria. His debut play Omatidii, premiered in 2024 in Toplocentrala, Sofia. He is a regular contributor to the dance magazines Списание за танц (Spisanie za tanc) (BG) and tanz (DE).
